By booking or using services from Optimalshine solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

- Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, phone, or in person.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of £25.

• No shows may be charged the full service amount.

- Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments.

• All prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition and the square meter of the property.

- Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

- Customer Responsibilities

• Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

• The vehicle must be parked in a legal and accessible area for mobile services.

- Liability

• We are not responsible for pre existing damage, scratches, dings, or defects.

• All work is performed with care. however, some services involve water, chemicals, and physical contact that may reveal or worsen existing damage.

- Weather Conditions

• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather.

• In case of postponement, we will contact you to arrange a new appointment.

- Modifications and Refusals

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is excessively dirty, hazardous, or poses a safety risk to our staff.

• Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

- Privacy

• Customer information is used solely for booking and service purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
